Food safety Auditing/ Inspection is a robust system that has been put together based on necessary laws and legislation to ensure Food business operators are audited and or inspected to ensure that they are complying with the legal requirements and Food safety standards are maintained. Food safety training is a legal requirement. It has been set out in Food safety regs that Food handlers must be trained in food hygiene matters prior to Food handling. This training helps individuals meet the legal requirements in training and also benefits businesses understand the principles of safe handling of food. We offer food safety induction training level 1 and food safety level 2 based on CIEH training syllabus Food safety practical experience is aimed at individuals who wishes to advances as Food auditors and Inspectors.
Get training and PRACTICAL SITE INSPECTION (for enforcement)
You must have done some theorical components of the qualification which should give you some insight, then we can help you to obtain the practical experience. This is usually done in a Food business settings either as an auditor or inspector to help you see the audit flow and we can sign you off as having done some practical work within the industry.
